Hi, I’m Karlea.

I’m a naturopath and a lifelong student of the body and nature’s wisdom.

Some things about me:

• I first saw a naturopath as a teenager and it changed my life. My chronic hay fever disappeared quickly, sparking a deep curiosity about nutrition, natural medicine, and the body’s capacity to heal.

• I am fascinated by the body’s interconnected intelligence, from gut health to how emotions show up physically, and from functional medicine to traditional systems like TCM, Ayurveda, homeopathy, and energy-based frameworks. I love seeing how it all connects and how different approaches can inform one another.

• Before becoming a naturopath, I worked as a flight attendant for eight years, lived in the Netherlands, backpacked through South America, and co-founded The Witchin’ Kitchen cafe. These experiences taught me about community, nourishment, cultural approaches to health, and the impact of modern lifestyles on the body and nervous system.

• My clinical approach is comprehensive and intuitive. I value evidence-based practice and ongoing learning, while also recognising that health is complex and individual. I integrate herbal and nutritional medicine, lifestyle support, flower essences, and Human Design, creating care that is structured, personalised, and grounded.

• Personal experiences, including grief and my own healing journey, have shaped how I hold space. I practice with integrity, compassion, and a non-judgmental heart.

• I am a mother of two, and my partner Adam, who is also a naturopath, keeps me grounded and grateful every day.

I bring experience, curiosity, and warmth to my practice and would be honoured to support you on your health journey.

With love,
Karlea
