Hi, I’m Karlea!

My passion for this work found me early.

I saw my first naturopath as a teenager and something just clicked - I knew this was my path. I was fascinated by the connection between food and my chronic hay fever, and blown away by things I’d never even thought about - like how imbalanced microbes cause all sorts of issues and what you can learn just by looking at the eyes! That curiosity turned into a quiet obsession with natural health and the healing arts that’s been with me ever since.

This thread has run through every part of my life - through 15+ years of study (both formal and informal), travel, burnout, motherhood, loss, grief, and my own inner healing. Before becoming a naturopath, I spent eight years as a flight attendant and later co-founded a wholefoods café with my sister. Those years taught me a lot — about how other people and cultures all around the world do things, true nourishment, community, and what happens when you’re running on empty and stopping doesn't feel like an option.

My clinical style is gentle but thorough. I combine holistic nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle counselling, flower essence therapy, functional testing, and Human Design to guide sessions and design treatment plans in a very grounded and intuitive way. I’ve also studied a mystical practice of Intuitive Energetics with Dr Niikee Schoendorfer, bringing a subtle, energetic layer into my work, especially in groups and healing circles.

As a 5/1 Splenic Projector in Human Design, I tend to see things others miss and am here to investigate deeply, and guide. I look for patterns beneath symptoms, help you hear what your body’s really trying to say, and guide you towards what works for your rhythm and your reality - never just a cookie-cutter plan.

I’ve lived what I teach. I’ve walked through issues like gut healing, thyroid and sleep challenges, preconception care, emergency C-sections, postpartum recoveries, the messy beauty of family life and much more. When I lost my mum suddenly in 2019, just as I was finishing my degree, everything sharpened for me. She was my biggest supporter - and her passing anchored my purpose even deeper:
To help others feel supported and empowered before they hit crisis.
To make natural health feel accessible, real, and doable - not overwhelming or out of reach. And the importance of our connection with spirit, nature and the something greater than us that keeps us all connected.

I’m not here to fix or lecture. (Although I can resolve some things with a good herbal or supplement!) I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with what keeps you well - on every level - as your cheerleader!

You don’t have to wait for things to fall apart before you get the support you need.

I’m here when you’re ready.

With love, Karlea
